President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani spoke about the invitation she received from US President Donald Trump for Kosovo to be a member of the Peace Board.
She said that among the reasons why Kosovo was chosen by the US to be in this group of member states is its experience in state-building and peace-building.
“The US has selected Kosovo among several states that are founding members, taking into account Kosovo’s experience in state-building, peace-building, and alliance-building, an experience that could help in building peace in other countries around the world,” she told reporters.
Albania was also invited to this board.
